Owners can freely set available times by day of the week. We recommend providing availability within 30 days. When a request comes in, if the service is within 3 days, you must respond by midnight the day before; if more than 3 days out, you must respond within 3 days of the request.

If the Owner declines the request or the response deadline passes, a full refund is automatically issued — payments stay held until approval, so the guest is never at risk. For details on refunds after approval, please refer to the refund policy.

The settlement method and timing will be shared once the payment feature is enabled — no settlement happens while payments are turned off.
