Hosts can freely set available times by day of the week. We recommend providing availability within 30 days. When a request comes in, if the service is within 3 days, you must respond by midnight the day before; if more than 3 days out, you must respond within 3 days of the request.

Payment is made upfront when a service request is submitted, and held safely through Toss Payments until the service is completed. In Korea, we support card and bank transfer via Toss Payments; international payments through Stripe are coming soon.

If the host declines the request or the response deadline passes, a full refund is automatically issued — payments stay held until approval, so the requester is never at risk. For details on refunds after approval, please refer to the refund policy.

After service approval, the fee is automatically settled to your registered account within 5 days (processed by Toss Payments). You can check settlement status in real-time from the dashboard.

Yes, you can get started with just a Google account. Social media is just a great channel for sharing links — it is not required.

Email and phone numbers are encrypted after verification, and card details never touch Touchpoint servers. Payment data is processed directly by PCI-DSS certified Toss Payments and Stripe, minimizing exposure. Private profile fields are visible only to their owner, while public pages show only what the host explicitly shares.

Yes. Your page auto-detects Korean and English locales, and payments support both Toss Payments (Korea) and Stripe (international, coming soon). English visitors see USD pricing automatically, while Korean visitors check out in KRW. Host email notifications follow the same locale preference for a consistent experience.

Video and voice are the default formats, but hosts can describe asynchronous chat or email consultations directly in the touchpoint. Payment hold and refund protection still apply, and you can set a response deadline instead of a meeting slot to manage delivery on your own pace.

The free plan includes unlimited page creation, touchpoints, and incoming requests. There is no monthly subscription. A 9% fee is charged only when a sale is completed and settled, with payment-processing fees, VAT, and payout fees billed separately as applicable.

Yes. Touchpoint is built responsive and runs on iPhone, Android, Windows, and Mac browsers without any app install. The host dashboard is fully usable on mobile, so you can receive request notifications and respond on the go. All features are delivered via the web.

Every public Touchpoint page ships with per-user SEO metadata, dynamic Open Graph images, and JSON-LD structured data, so Google and social platforms display rich previews automatically. Pages are also optimized for citation by AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

Yes. Once the refund settles, the same requester can submit a new request to the same host. The new request is treated as a separate payment, with a fresh host response deadline. All request history stays visible in the host dashboard for reference and bookkeeping.
